In the unlikely event after the 30-day trial period, you are not satisfied with the STIMFIT AbBelt, the following return policy applies.
We will gladly accept returns as specified below, provided the item is in good condition, in the original package with all of the materials included. Any additional accessories that were not part of the basic system, such as accessories and DVD’s, must be returned to receive a refund on those items. If the item is damaged from abuse, a refund can be denied.
Your trial period begins the day you receive the STIMFIT AbBelt system. If you are not completely satisfied with STIMFIT after using it for 30-days, contact Customer Care at email@example.com or call 1-612-248-2330 at the end of your trial period. The customer is responsible for returning the product. Once we receive it, review the contents and condition, and approve it is returned per the policy, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
We also offer a concierge service that makes returning easy. We will email you a link to purchase a return label and email you the label. You can print and attach the label to the return package. This label is trackable. Your package is insured. Once we get the package back, we will refund the purchase price of your item or items. You will be charged a flat fee of $17.95 for this service. We reserve the right to also charge a 15% restocking fee if the item qualifies for resale. Follow the directions provided by our Customer Care representative.
Our goal is to have all returns received in our warehouse within 15 days of the issuance of the shipping label and you will receive a refund of any payments made toward the full purchase price.
Packages returned not following this procedure may be not qualify for a refund. We have a very generous trial policy and ask that you follow the Return Policy in good faith.
